Raw Material Planning & Storage
We begin with the careful sourcing and storage of paper reels and secondary raw materials. Each reel is inspected and stored under controlled conditions to ensure consistent strength and print performance throughout production.
Corrugation & Board Formation
Paper reels are transferred to the corrugator line, where heat, steam, and precision engineering come together. Using A, B, C, E, or combined flutes, papers are bonded to create strong 3-ply or 5-ply corrugated boards tailored to load and usage requirements.
Printing & Conversion
The corrugated boards move seamlessly to conversion machines for high-quality printing and shaping. This stage includes flexographic printing, creasing, slotting, and rotary die-cutting to achieve accurate box dimensions and brand visuals.
Finishing & Box Formation
Printed boards enter the finishing section, where boxes are formed using automated gluing or stitching processes. Depending on the application, hot-melt gluing or stitching ensures structural integrity and durability.
Quality Control, Sorting & Packaging
Every finished box undergoes quality checks for strength, print accuracy, and finishing. Boxes are then automatically counted, bundled, strapped, and palletized—ready for safe handling and transport.
Warehousing, Dispatch & Delivery
Finished goods are transferred to the warehouse and dispatched as per client schedules. Our streamlined logistics ensure timely delivery while maintaining packaging quality right up to the point of use.
