We want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at Gurez India +91 8222944567with your order details.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is missing from the package (verified with unboxing video).
- Cancellation requests are made within the allowed time frame.
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
- Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error.
- Products used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.
- Custom-printed or personalized packaging products.
3. Return Process
- Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging.
- Returns must include all items, invoices, and labels.
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay).
- Depending on your bank/UPI/wallet provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a replacement, you must request a return and place a new order.
